Ruiru's gated estates hand over in phases, so we quote per house type and keep stock reserved for the phase. Because our finishes are stocked in Nairobi, a confirmed order is usually fitted within a few working days rather than waiting on an import.

Ruiru sits inside our Kiambu & Ruiru service area, so the same crew, the same stocked finishes and the same fitted rate apply. Kiambu, Ruiru and Thika are covered at our standard Nairobi rates with free delivery on full-house orders.
