Our price in Nakuru starts at KSh 2,000 per square metre supplied and installed for stocked finishes. That figure already includes the planks, the acoustic underlay, labour and delivery — the common Kenyan trap is a low per-metre quote that adds all three back later.

Planks, 1 mm IXPE underlay, fitting by our own crew, and delivery. PVC skirting is quoted separately per 8 ft (2.4 m) length. Chevron finishes are a premium range and carry their own rate. Sub-floor levelling, if your rooms need it, is shown as its own line so you can see it.
A typical three-bedroom of about 90 m² comes to roughly KSh 180,000 supplied and fitted in stocked finishes, before skirting. Send us your room dimensions and we will confirm the exact figure in writing before anyone travels.
Nakuru and Naivasha orders are quoted with transport included once the area is confirmed; typical lead time is three to five working days.
