The stone-polymer core does not dent under desk chairs or shelving the way sheet vinyl does, and the wear layer keeps its grain instead of scuffing pale in the walkways. Damaged planks can be lifted and replaced individually rather than re-doing a whole floor.
No wet trades means no curing time and no smell. We can fit a floor plate overnight or over a weekend and have staff back on it the next morning. In multi-tenant buildings we coordinate lift access and building hours with management.
