Planks, 1 mm IXPE underlay, fitting by our own crew, and delivery. PVC skirting is quoted separately per 8 ft (2.4 m) length. Chevron finishes are a premium range and carry their own rate. Sub-floor levelling, if your rooms need it, is shown as its own line so you can see it.
A typical three-bedroom of about 90 m² comes to roughly KSh 180,000 supplied and fitted in stocked finishes, before skirting. Send us your room dimensions and we will confirm the exact figure in writing before anyone travels.
Free measurement within Nairobi. Delivery is included; installation on stocked finishes is normally scheduled two to three working days after confirmation.
