How the installation works

We measure the rooms and check the sub-floor for dips and damp. Anything uneven is levelled first. The planks then float on a 1 mm IXPE acoustic underlay and lock together without glue, so there is no screed, no curing and no dust. We finish with PVC skirting or beading and clear the site the same day.

Fitting over what you already have in Nairobi

In Nairobi most floors are ceramic tiles, terrazzo or cement screed, and in nearly every case we lay straight over them. That keeps demolition, disposal and replastering off your quote entirely, and it means the room is usable again in hours rather than weeks.

How long it takes

A single room is typically half a day. A two or three-bedroom home is one day. Larger houses and offices run to two or three days. Free measurement within Nairobi. Delivery is included; installation on stocked finishes is normally scheduled two to three working days after confirmation.

Common questions

Do you install SPC flooring in Nairobi yourself or use contractors?
Our own trained crew does every installation in Nairobi. That is why we can stand behind the finish and the warranty.
Do I have to remove my tiles first?
Usually not. SPC is a floating floor, so as long as the tiles are sound and reasonably flat we fit straight over them.
